We also simplify the procurement process via our digital platform, ensuring you need only indicate the products you need and we do the rest.

To place an order with ZadSource, simply visit our website and create an account with with us, or log in if you already have an account. Navigate to the "Buy" page at the top of the navigation bar, select the items you are interested in, and place your order.

ZadSource allows you to place orders up until 12 pm daily. Orders that are placed after 12 pm are considered an order placed for the next day.

Lead times for deliveries take 1 day for fresh items and 2 days for all other product types when placed before 12 pm. If orders are placed after 12 pm, an additional day will be added to the lead times mentioned above. The system will indicate the expected deliver date before you confirm any orders, allowing you to review and confirm.

Utilising ZadSource's services are free of charge. You will only pay for the products you order via our website. Delivery and subscription is also free of charge.

A delivery note will be included when suppliers conduct the delivery of your purchase. Delivery notes capture the product items and quantities delivered. An acknowledgement of the receipt of product is required, so make sure to sign and stamp your delivery note, and keep a copy of the delivery note for future.

ZadSource ensures the procurement of products at low costs for all businesses in the Food & Beverage sector. These range from small independent chains to large-scale hotel groups.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order notification confirming the receipt of order. You can also navigate to the "Order" section on our website to view active orders placed.

Yes, you can. Simply go to the "Favourites" page via the top navigation bar and proceed to the Basket, where previous purchases are stored for you to conveniently reorder previous orders placed.

The number of suppliers will depend on your order item category. Different product categories will be delivered by different suppliers. Once an order is placed with ZadSource, you will receive an email notification confirming the amount of purchase orders placed and indicate how many suppliers will be liable for delivery. One order may be converted to a number of purchase orders based on the amount of suppliers required.

Should you account be blocked, an email will be sent to the email address linked to your account, whereby you may unblock your account after a period of 60 minutes.
