ZadSource utilises an integrated management system that ensures food safety, and the health and safety protocols of our key supplers. Additionally, annual verification by an external company is conducted to demonstrate compliance.
All products are subject to surveillance testing to ensure food safety. This includes chemical, micro and pesticide analysis, antibiotic tests, and migration tests for food contact materials.
The effectiveness of our key suppliers' business continuity plan (BCP) is tested on an annual basis, defining and mapping the supplier continuity process and ensuring key standards are maintained.

All ingredients and products go through a verification process to ensure its safety and authenticity. This is done through third-party laboratory testing.
Through conducting biannual traceability testing, we are able to effectively track and trace ingredients and products throughout our supply chain.
